Raise The Bar™  |  How It Works

This is a Long Island program for Long Island agents taught by Long Island best... the best ideas, by the best agents.  

In the Raise The Bar program, agents get together on a monthly basis and brainstorm how to help each other. Every agent brings their own strengths and experience to the table, in areas such as advertising, technology, strength of dialogue, and more. Exclusivities within the groups ensure that no group contains direct competitors. Raise The Bar is simply agents helping agents.

Raise The Bar membership meetings are grass-root meat-and-potatoes learning -- you're hearing ideas that are being used today by your fellow Long Island agents.

Meetings are held at the Continental Home Loans office on Long Island. Raise The Bar member groups are limited to approximately 8-12 agents, to maintain more intimate interaction between agents, and Loan Officers are appointed to each group.  During these meetings, agents are helping each other, as well as benefitting from Dean Hartman's guidance and expertise. Each month, member groups target a different business area of focus.

The Raise The Bar membership program is holding a special V.I.P kickoff gathering on June 25, 2009 to accept new charter members.  This event may be attended BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.  In order to attend the event and apply for membership in the Raise The Bar program, agents must first submit the membership application.
